Be kind to yourself

There’s a lot going on in the world right now.

If you’re feeling as angry as I am about certain world events, then please, show some kindness to yourself. And to others, but first to yourself.

For me, this has looked like:

  • Cutting back the amount of time I spend on social media (especially Twitter)

  • Not watching the news

  • Spending time doing things with people I love and whose company lifts me up

  • Cups of tea while sitting in the sun

  • Reading novels

  • Listening to podcasts that make me laugh (the Chat10 Looks3 episode where Leigh and Annabel talk about Top Gun Maverick is hysterical!)
